| We only accept wig returns under the following conditions: |

The tags must be intact on the wig and the wig must be in "brand new" resalable condition. |

The buyer must use protective covering (we will ship a wig cap with each order) when trying on the wig. |

Any wig return must be made within 7 days from the time you receive your order and must be accompanied by a return authorization. To obtain authorization, please use our contact page. Please state your name, address, phone number and what you would like in exchange for the return item. |
